About the Role
RICS Recruitment Limited is recruiting enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives on behalf of our clients across Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping customers discover quality products and services. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial customers within assigned territories.
- Promote and explain products and services professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Complete customer applications and sales documentation accurately.
- Represent clients with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits and sales activities using company systems.
- Attend sales meetings and ongoing product training.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after each sale.

Requirements
- Previous door-to-door or field sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage but not essential.
- Fluent English is required.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
