Job Description:
Rics Recruitment is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join teams at warehouses across Ireland. The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, loading, and managing inventory. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for steady work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
Sort and organize stock in the warehouse.
Maintain inventory and perform regular stock checks.
Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if qualified).
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Forklift license is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.
