Job Description:
Rics Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Workers to join manufacturing and production teams in factories across Ireland. This role involves assisting in the production process, operating machinery, and maintaining high-quality standards. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to assist with the manufacturing process.
Assemble and pack products according to company specifications.
Monitor the production line, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on factory equipment.
Report any issues or malfunctions in the production process to supervisors.
Meet daily production targets and work efficiently with team members.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
