Job Description:
Rics Recruitment is seeking compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals across Ireland. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients and residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met with the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
Develop and implement individual care plans for patients.
Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Communicate with doctors, specialists, and family members regarding patient care.
Maintain accurate records of patient care, medical treatments, and progress.
Assist in emergency situations, performing CPR and other lifesaving procedures when necessary.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Valid nursing license and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing.
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or nursing home).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
