Rics Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to fill multiple roles in hotels across Ireland. These roles range from front-of-house positions to housekeeping and food service. Available Roles:
Front Desk Receptionist

Welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and manage reservations.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information to guests.
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Housekeeping Staff

Clean and prepare guest rooms, making sure they are comfortable and welcoming.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas like lobbies and corridors.
Restock room supplies and handle laundry services as needed.
Restaurant/Food Service Staff

Serve food and beverages to guests in the hotel restaurant or bar.
Take orders, handle payments, and ensure that the dining experience meets guest expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Concierge

Assist guests with booking transportation, recommending restaurants, and providing local information.
Handle special requests from guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
Kitchen Staff/Chefs

Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and plating dishes.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
