Key Responsibilities:
For Hairdressers:
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable hair care solutions.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Recommend hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance.
For Spa Therapists:
Offer a variety of spa treatments including facials, massages, body treatments, and more.
Consult with clients about their wellness needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Ensure a calm, relaxing environment that promotes customer well-being.
Use professional-grade skincare and spa products, maintaining knowledge of their benefits.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Hairdressing or Spa Therapy.
Proven experience in a professional salon or spa setting.
Excellent customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while ensuring client satisfaction.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build a loyal client base.
A creative mindset and passion for staying current with beauty industry trends.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
