Job Description:
Rics Recruitment is seeking skilled and reliable Construction Workers for various construction projects across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals experienced in building and construction work to contribute to residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Candidates should be capable of handling physical tasks, operating machinery, and working as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various construction tasks including digging, building, and demolition.
Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment such as drills, hammers, saws, and other heavy machinery.
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including the removal of debris and setting up materials.
Read and follow blueprints and project instructions as required.
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely project completion.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Assist with loading and unloading construction materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction or a related field.
Familiarity with construction tools, machinery, and equipment.
Ability to read technical plans or blueprints is an advantage.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous labor tasks.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
A valid Safe Pass or equivalent safety certification is required.
CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) or equivalent is an advantage.
