Job Description:
Rics Cosmetics Limited, a leading provider of premium organic cosmetics, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our range of high-quality cosmetics, including our exclusive line from Instituto Español. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, retailers, and beauty professionals to grow the brand and increase product visibility across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, beauty salons, and individual clients.
Present and promote Rics Cosmetics products to potential customers.
Manage sales channels and achieve sales targets.
Attend trade shows, events, and product demonstrations to showcase the product line.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries about products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive activities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, particularly in cosmetics or beauty products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of the beauty industry and a passion for cosmetics.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Own transport is an advantage for travelling to client sites.
