Job Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers.
Promote and sell staffing solutions to businesses across multiple industries.
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Work closely with the recruitment team to match candidates with job vacancies.
Requirements
✅ Proven experience in sales, preferably in recruitment, HR, or staffing solutions.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
✅ Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus for Spain-based applicants).
✅ Experience using CRM tools and sales software.
✅ Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
✅ Must have the right to work in Spain or Ireland.
