Job Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new hospitality clients, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and event venues.
Promote and sell Rics Recruitment’s staffing solutions tailored for the hospitality industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality businesses.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and staffing needs.
Negotiate contracts and ensure long-term client partnerships.
Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client staffing requirements.
Requirements
✅ Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
✅ Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its staffing needs.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Ability to work independently, generate leads, and meet sales targets.
✅ Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus for Spain-based applicants).
✅ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
✅ Must have the right to work in Spain or Ireland.
