General Construction Workers
Skilled Laborers (Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Welders, Bricklayers, etc.)
Heavy Equipment Operators (Excavators, Forklifts, Cranes)
Site Supervisors / Foremen
Project Managers
Job Responsibilities
Perform various construction tasks as required for the project.
Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Follow construction blueprints, guidelines, and safety regulations.
Work alongside project managers and supervisors to complete projects on time.
Conduct quality checks to ensure high construction standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at the worksite.
Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to meet project goals.
Requirements
✅ Experience in construction, civil engineering, or related fields.
✅ Valid certifications for skilled trades and machinery operation (if applicable).
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
✅ Strong understanding of construction safety regulations.
✅ For supervisors: Proven leadership experience managing construction teams.
✅ Must have the right to work in Spain or Ireland.
✅ English proficiency (Spanish is a plus for Spain-based roles).
